During the late winter a mild ice event coated the bare trees and elevated surfaces. The downtown lights lit the ice well,and the dawn sky is usually interesting. This was a multi-second exposure, but there was little wind to move the trees. Downtown Lawrence photographs well in Black and White, and I usually attempt to think in that medium as I work.
