With the kind permission of the owners, I photographed this family-owned apple orchard in the height of the blooming season. My wife, Dava, was helping me, and the owners were nice enough to include us in one of their annual celebrations. We happened to be there on the day that the honeybees arrived to pollinate their trees, so we were treated to a glass of champagne to toast the occasion.
